Balanced Wellness
Meet Aleasha Mitchell
As a native of Louisiana, I received my BS in Psychology and MA in Counseling from Northwestern State University. Prior to graduate school I decided to complete an alternative certification in Gen Ed Elementary Education where I would teach K-3 for 8 years. After completing my Master’s program I worked toward obtaining licensure as a LCMHC, with a dream to open my own practice. I have worked for two different counseling agencies focused on building relationships and learning new skills along the way to improve outcomes for my clients. Currently I own and operate Amazing Space Counseling, PLLC.
Meet Tiffany Baldwin, MS, LCMHC-A
is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with adults across all stages of life navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and significant life transitions. She is especially drawn to supporting people facing unexpected change, trying to make sense of who they are now and how to move forward.
Tiffany’s style is warm, relational, and collaborative. She draws from Narrative, Existential, and Relational Cultural therapies to help clients explore the stories they carry, untangle self-critical patterns, and reconnect with their own voice and strengths. With a background in the arts and education, she brings flexibility, curiosity, and creativity into the therapy space, creating an environment where meaningful growth does not have to feel heavy.
Meet Heather Gibson, CPSS
Heather's early years were marked by generational addiction and instability within the adoption system. By the age of 15, Heather experienced homelessness and struggled with substance use. For six years, she navigated profound hardship — yet even in the midst of adversity, resilience was taking root.
After years of fighting through addiction and rebuilding her life, Heather entered marriage in 2011. In 2015, her life took a defining turn when she encountered a renewed faith in Jesus Christ — an experience that became the foundation for lasting transformation.
In 2016, Heather founded In As Much, a ministry born directly from her lived experience. What began as a personal testimony has grown into a mission-driven outreach focused on offering hope, restoration, and practical tools for individuals seeking freedom from addiction. Her work centers on breaking generational cycles and helping others reclaim stability, purpose, and dignity.
In 2026, Heather earned her certification as a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), further equipping her to serve individuals navigating recovery and life transition. Her professional training, combined with lived experience, allows her to connect authentically with those she serves while providing structured, evidence-informed support.
Today, Heather continues to advocate for healing, faith, and sustainable recovery — believing deeply that no story is beyond redemption and no life is beyond renewal.
